The Holbrook line was a comparatively short branch line in the state's south. It extended from Culcairn on the Main South Line to the town of Holbrook, 27km to the east.
Never a busy line, traffic declined in recent times with the increased use of cars and trucks. The line was closed over 20 years ago, and has little chance of being re-opened.
