Description: |
An up-side station on an 85m platform, Coolah was a typical terminal station. Opposite the station were a pair of sidings with a loading bank, goods shed and gantry crane. Further up the line was a stock yard and loading ramp. There were also the typical servicing facilities including a turntable, water tank, ash pit and coal stage. A later addition was some silos near the terminus.

Current status: |
The yard is mainly intact. The decaying platform still features the name board. The crane, goods shed, water tank and coal stage are gone but the rest of the infrastructure is present. The Down Home signal is present although the head has been removed.
